Job Responsibilities
● Work with insurance companies and regional team to set up new product plan and launch new products/ new insurance companies.
● Telemarketing leads management, included request, dispatch, and performance tracking.
● Provide management with sufficient market information to support product and marketing strategies.
● Design, implements, and track customer promotion programs to increase cross sell opportunities.
● Design, implement, and track sales campaigns to drive strong sales momentum.
● Work with marketing team to design and maintain DBS insurance website.
● Assist Banca head to prepare management reports/ presentations.
● BAU maintenance/update of product related materials and commission rates.
● Liaise sales, Banca team, and insurance companies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products, programs, and services.
Job Requirements:
● Good teamwork spirit and great interpersonal/ communication skills.
● Proactive and independent in solving problems.
● Good commend in English.
● Good at producing words/excel/ ppt working files.
