工作內容:
This is a product manager position with key objective to support in development and execution of strategic agendas, and new initiatives to support Deposits growth.
Key Accountabilities
‧ Responsible for product management, customer communication, campaigns, performance monitoring to ensure a sustainable business momentum. ‧ Facilitate the collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders to streamline E2E process for better customer experience and service turnaround time.
Job Duties & responsibilities
‧ Develop and execute new product / pricing initiative to deliver deposits growth aspiration. ‧ Coordinate and work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline the end-to-end process. ‧ Provide the frontline a clear, relevant and timely product / program launch, and necessary training. ‧ Constantly review, propose actions, and coordinate with key stakeholders to improve product related process for better customer experience delivery. ‧ Responsible for business performance tracking, regulatory reporting, portfolio management, and customer feedback handling. ‧ Work with Marketing, Legal & Compliance for communications development and ensure that particular risks inherent in certain products are fully and clearly explained and all closures comply with regulatory requirement and Group policy. ‧ Support system enhancement and user acceptance testing when necessary.

Required Experience & Qualifications1. University or college graduated.2. More than 3 years working experience in banking or financial industry is preferred.3. Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.4. Good number sensitive with analytic skills5. Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven towards expected results
