【Job Purpose】 -System project coordination / support -System operating manual compiled -MIS support -CCTR system incident management
【Job Duties & responsibilities】 -Production issue reporting and resolution management (incl. Telephony/ Recording/ IVR/ iServe/ iChatbot/ Other CCTR application etc.). -Co-Work with Vendor/IT to study the improvement opportunity to fulfill the requirement of Customer Centre. -Public drive information revamped. -CCTR Project/System support (incl. UAT/System enhancement/ browser upgrade/ iServe enhancement etc.). -MIS/ CMS raw source delivery in time to support scheduling team MIS reporting. -System operation manual preparation. -System Project live verification.
1. At least 2 years of system project experience.2. Familiar with customer centre related system.3. Data base script (ex: SQL)/ programming language knowledge is a plus
