【Job Purpose】 - Update/Maintain KMS for TWCC user to get the most up to date information. - Leverage all possible digital solution or through process enhancement to achieve CJ/EJ improvement. - Liaison with other BU - Special assignment from Team manager
【Job Duties & responsibilities】 - Update KMS per incident handling/ products & campaigns related requirement. - Mitigate the pain points raised from Cards online & offline through CJ/EJ enhancement. - Make sure all the special assignments delivered on time. - Periodical project team meeting to walk through the project initiatives for demand management. - Liaison activities conducted b/w CCTR and CUL BU to achieve better sync and cooperation.
1. At least 2 years of banking officer experience especially in Card product related, preferably in a customer centre environment.2. Good command in English and communication.
