Product Strategy and Development: - Develop and execute the product strategy for the debit card portfolio, aligning with company objectives and market trends. - Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle. - Drive the implementation of new product features, enhancements, and innovations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, technology, and compliance teams, to ensure successful product development and launch. - Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
Customer Experience and Insights: - Analyze customer feedback and market research to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations. - Ensure the product delivers a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
Operational and Financial Management: - Monitor and manage the budget for debit card products, ensuring cost-effective development and operations. - Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess product success and identify areas for optimization.
Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure all debit card products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies. - Oversee risk management strategies to address potential security or fraud issues.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: - Develop and maintain reports on product performance, including usage statistics, financials, and customer feedback. - Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
