工作內容:
1.To demonstrate the brand ambassador to promote and deliver the best-in-class services in hiring to support the growth of each BUSUs with good talents.
2.Utilize the Internet as well as alternate channels for recruitment including: •Leverage Internet sources, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues •Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment. •Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
3.Develop and execute recruiting plans. •Work with hiring managers on recruitment •Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. •Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. •Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. •Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. •Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. •Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
4.Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
5.Market mapping and be able to build pipeline for supporting successor planning for each role.
6.To initiate and implement campus recruiting activities
7.To lead and initiate recruitment projects in align with regional principals
8.To demonstrate leadership capabilities in leading different projects and / or cross team co-operations
9.To make the best of AI/ML/Big Data to achieve the common goal of DDOM (Data-Driven Operating Model)
