In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s culture and make it the best place to work for all DBS employees. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous growth and development, driving internal mobility, and ensuring our organization’s structure and culture are aligned with our strategic priorities.
Key job duties & responsibilities:
- Collaborate and Influence:Work closely with senior business stakeholders and Biz HRs (HRBPs) to promote and facilitate internal mobility across DBS. - Drive iGrow Adoption:Plan and lead the execution of initiatives to encourage employees to engage with iGrow, an AI-fueled career development platform for them to own their careers in DBS and be truly lived fulfilled. - Drive the creation and participation of Be My Guest (BMG) Opportunities:Plan and lead the execution of initiatives to drive the participation in BMG opportunities, that aligning employee growth with business needs. The BMG opportunities include activities like role shadowing, meeting/townhall participation, and cross-department projects to enable employees to know more about other roles/departments, enhance empathy and collaborations with other teams, and also expand their options of career possibilities in DBS. - Drive Mentoring Programs: Oversee the implementation and success of upcoming mentoring programs designed to support employee development. - Organization Development: Contribute to organizational development by promoting the right Performance Development culture and managing the ‘Managing through Journey’ (MtJ) process. Performance Management: Ensure performance management processes are consistent, fair, and in line with organizational values and objectives. - Others: Collaborate with the other TMOD peers on areas like annual employee engagement survey, overall culture assessment, Wellbeing programs, and the whole Talent Management suite.
