Job Purpose： Perform balance sheet management function via proposing and executing ALCO approved balance sheet strategies. Coordinate with Group CT, BUs, and LM in managing day to day liquidity buffer and deployment at an appropriate level to ensure proper liquidity structure and funding efficiency.
Responsibilities： - Manage daily FTP update, administration, and quotation. - Back up ALCO and its sub-committee’s secretariat support. - Frequently communicate with LM/BUs to ensure timely identification of issues and solutions to balance sheet structure. - Identify and analyse key forward looking drivers to Balance sheet structure and CMU P&L and table for ALCO strategic discussion. - Close contact with Group CT to align group wide balance sheet strategy. - Work with LM/BUs to ensure regulatory ratios such as 72-2, NSFR, and related ratios meet regulatory requirements. - Communicate with BUs and Liquidity Management team and provide timely solution to balance sheet management issues and improve asset/liability structure to meet required liquidity ratios and funding efficiency. - Ensure close alignment with Group in balance sheet management strategy. - Propose, execute and review FTP and its day to day management. - Execution of Duration Rebalancing Portfolio investment strategy. - Optimize balance sheet to achieve funding efficiency and a balanced CMU (ALCO book) P&L.
