•Be the owner of impactful initiatives, design and operationalize strategic initiatives aimed at operation process efficiency and satisfied customer experience. •Perform data analysis to surface strategic insights and report on key metrics. •Design, build and deploy innovative solutions to address customer’s pain points and to improve the processes. •Worked with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate across a wide variety of functions and levels. •Facilitated branch operation process to ensure that branch operations are compliant with local regulations and group policy. •Conducting training sessions on topics includes but not limited to security awareness, customer service and Branch operation processes.
