1.Achieve monthly target goal in the angle of sales volume and revenue 2. Lift up sales productivity for both rookie and experienced sales 3. Manage daily sales activities to ensure sales morale 4. Monitor sales calls to ensure selling quality and risk compliance 5. Able to co-work with counterpart such as Credit Risk, Credit Approval, Product, and Operations 6. Provide guidance to TM portfolio sales in order to achieve company vision and business goal 7. Increase sales capacity through continuous improvement in staff productivity, sales process re-engineering 8. Follow and monitor staff to obey company policy and guideline 9. Familiar and comply with Tele-sales relevant laws and regulations.

1. At least 5 year of experience in telesales business development is a must; unsecured lending experience is a plus2. In-depth knowledge of lendingproducts, familiar with FSC lending guideline3.
