1.Provide guidance to Credit Card sales in order to achieve company vision and business goal 2.Increase sales capacity through continuous improvement in staff productivity, sales process re-engineering 3.Follow and monitor staff to obey company policy and guideline
1.At least 3 year of experience in Credit Card business development is a must2.In-depth knowledge of major Credit Card products3,Lead team members to participate related training course for improved related Knowledge4,Aggressive personality and can work under pressure5.Strong leadership and people management skills6.Good sense of market and community development7.Basic PC skills
