•具有信貸徵信審查, 執行客戶信用調查經驗兩年以上。 •態度主動積極,具責任心及解決問題之能力。 •細心、耐心、擁有良好溝通協調能力。 Job Description: 1. Lead and management credit approval team to meet the target TAT. 2. Continually improve the efficiency of the process and turnaround time. 3. Daily resource arrangement and scheduling, TAT tracking. 4. Proactively manage and control risks according to the credit policy. 5. To drive the E2E process streamline and system automation to reduce the manual process. 6. Regular call monitoring and case quality tracking to ensure team's quality. 7. Set up the control mechanism to make sure all the cases reviewed are followed with credit policy. 8. Support regional projects to drive target operating model. 9. On-going training plan to upskill staff capability 10. Closely work with credit and fraud team to strengthen the control and process optimization.
