Job Purpose : This role requires comprehensive execution of employee-related matters, process transformation for improved solutions, and maximized efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be highly familiar with the employee lifecycle, proficient in day-to-day transactional activities, and a collaborative team player working closely with all HR functions to enhance employee experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily HR operations and transactional services, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery. This includes various staffing activities such as onboarding, probationary periods, transfers, exits, and terminations.
• Support the maintenance of HR policies, procedures, analytics, and programs.
• Develop and maintain oversight procedures to monitor transactional activity, optimize services and performance, drive continuous improvement and innovation, and enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal control standards and implement procedures to maintain efficiency, data integrity, and integration across various HR systems.
• Partner with HR management to align appropriate resourcing.
• Collaborate effectively with other HR functions to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables of HRSS Department.
• Collaborate effectively with other HR functions to execute tasks and deliver key objectives for the HR Shared Services Department.
• Continuously assess existing processes and programs. Develop and implement new initiatives to improve efficiency and manage costs.
• Support and execute work and project assignments. Perform other related duties as assigned to support initiatives aligned with key performance indicators.
• Drive process improvements and ensure high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employee lifecycle management or 7 years in a relevant HR role, including at least 2 years of people management experience.• Strong understanding of labor law and relevant regulations.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Workday is a plus.• Mature, organized, and capable of working independently under pressure.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills• Demonstrated initiative and a results-oriented approach, with strong planning and organizational skills.
