工作內容:
1. Be responsible for the assigned account(s) to provide HR support on policies & procedures of related HR domains including recruiting, staffing, employee benefit and development etc. 2. Proactively provide relevant information to Executive Partners or manager and drive execution of Executive Partners' talent initiatives. 3. Lead with HR related data and analytics, developing effective action solution. 4. Conduct resignation interviews, understand the reasons and trends of resignation colleagues, and conduct real complete resignation analysis. 5. Develop organizational diagnostic capabilities to advance organizational strategies and change management projects.
1. Bachelor degree or above in HRM or MBA, Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, Labor relation and Science& Technology or the related domains. 2. Fluent in English both in speaking and written. (TOEIC above 750 score )3. 5+ years of HR experience in a complex and matrixed enterprise, high technology industry experience is plus. 4. General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
