工作內容:
1.Business development for new channels (VAR / SI / Project) a). Develop new value-added partners b). Conduct research to identify distributor prospects and reach business development targets through email, cold call, webinar and in person. c). Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, communicate brand identity and corporate position. Emphasize product/service features and benefits.
2. Account management for resellers/Sis partners. a). Manage inquiries and projects, quote prices and follow up sales actions. b). Identify/recruit new potential reseller partners.
3. Actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects. Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events. 4.Collaborate with team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches. 5.Create Sales Summary Performance Report, Project Pipeline Report, Sales Monthly Forecast, and other requested reports.
• Five years or above of direct work experience in electronics (Networking/PC industries preferred) field.• Ability to attend and conduct presentations.• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas. • Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. • Ability to work individually and as part of a team. • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.• High level of integrity and work ethic.
