工作內容:
Planning lead: 1. Watsons OBE annual communication strategies and monthly campaign. 2. NPD launch plan. 3. 360 marketing communication planning (BTL, ATL, digital media & social media), PR events and post-performance tracking and analysis.
Collaboration: Internal: 1. Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trading & SCD) to bring success communication 2. Work with WIOB(Watsons International OB Marketing) in terms of brand marketing material review and integrated with local plan. External: 1. Work with POSM supplier for brand POSM design &printing and develop artwork design of crossover project’s product package. 2. Work with agency (Advertising, PR, &Media Buy) on brand projects quality control to achieve objectives and goals and post-performance tracking.
Execution: 1. Annual strategies &monthly campaign implement 2. Liaison with WIOB in terms of artwork design of crossover project’s product package and any artwork approval process. 3. Brand A&P management, monthly Promotion POP and EC banner rotational arrangement and execution. 4. Daily routine operation.
1. Bachelor degree or above, prefer in Marketing, Commerce, Business or Mass Communication. 2. At least 2-3 years related brand marketing experience, prefer in FMCG industry or retails. 3. Fluent Mandarin language and English comprehensive skills. 4. More than 1 years work experience in package/POSM/store display. 5. Strong communication, interpersonal skills and having worked in cross-functional and dynamic environment. 6. Strong prioritization and organization. 7. With teamwork spirit, proactivity and forward-thinking personality. 8. Be hands on in execution and to deliver against tight deadlines. 9. Effective multi-tasker and a self-starter.
