工作內容:
1. Work time as overnight 23:00~07:30 2. Responsible for handling phone calls, emails and mobile chat messages of internal and external of hotel. 3. Be able to handle guest's request and inquiries, including emergency cases. Familiar with hotel related information and to provide correctly with proactive courtesy. 4. Able to handling reservation making for rooms, restaurants and limousine. 5. Confident to work through phone calls, emails and mobile chat messages, with good communication skills. 6. Be able to work individually and multi-tasks under high pressure and with a long-term career plan.
1. International hotel working experience or customer service experience is preferable.2. Be passionate in hotel industry, patient and with good communication skill.3. Knowing how to operate Opera and FCS-E connect is a plus.4. On top of Chinese and English is a must, also welcome for Japanese and Korean speaking candidate.5. Good at team work and willing to take an extra step for both guests and co-workers.
