-Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organization Development or related discipline.-At least 8 years' HR Generalist experience -Minimum 2 years of HRBP experience in an international company -Knowledge of Taiwan local employment law; strong business and HR acumen, including ability to diagnose and analyze problems and drive appropriate solutions -Broad knowledge and experience in retention, overseas talent hunting and recruitment, talent management and development, elite incubating program and successor plan. -Be proficient in English communication.
