工作內容:
1. Lead team to coordinate among internal (RD, manufacturing etc.) and external team (customer) for automotive projects from NPI thru EOL. 2. Tracking the overall details of NPIs compliance and issues, coordinating with the team to figure out the RCCA. 3. Automotive customer complaint and quality issues handling, lead the team to fulfillment tier 1 or OEM’s requirements. 4. Develop the strategies and manage system to guide the team to fulfill the automotive customer requirements. 5. Collect and integrate the information of the WW-sites automotive quality activities (such as factory yield/LRR/customer complaint/failure rate of 0KM and Field return ,etc.). 6. Contact window and team leader of the customer audits.
1. Familiar with quality tools such as 8D/5-Why/ FMEA/MSA/QC 7 basic tools.2. 5+ years in automotive related practical experience, quality management/practical experience of the IATF-16949/VDA6.3 is a plus.3. Well process knowledge of the PCBA process or related automotive electronic industry.4. Good communication and leadership with execution, English communication skills are required. (TOEIC >700 is a plus). 5. 5+ years experience in team management .
