This role will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and managing brand building and customer experience learning & development programs for retail and corporate associates in Taiwan to help them progress and reach the commercial goals. Additionally, he/she will observe, monitor and coach client-facing associates with the ultimate goal of cultivating brand ambassadors who are the voice and culture of Kate Spade New York.

Sales Optimization… •Work closely with Retail Learning and Development Greater China team to bring global consistency to retail learning journey, guest experience and content - Including, but not limited to, brand induction, cultural immersion, product and selling training, business skills, client development and leadership training •Represent market needs in the development of global programs and relevant localizations as needed to each market or channel of business, ensuring strong and effective implementation and tangible impact on sales, KPIs, exceptional service and building brand awareness •Partnered with retail teams to ensure implementation of training workshops, onboarding sessions, and field coaching, etc. •Analyze, develop, implement and measure training programs - leverage field feedback as well as customer feedback and other programs to assess effectiveness of training programs and identify ongoing training needs and opportunities
The accomplished individual will possess... •Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or equivalent •Minimum 2-3 years solid training and development experience in retail sector, preferably in luxury/fashion brand •Solid experience in training needs analysis, product materials & craftmanship, career development & customer service training •Holder of other professional training qualifications is definitely advantageous
