工作內容：
1. Warehouse Operation and Management - Lead warehouse team to execute warehouse workflow to ensure delivery timelines are met with accuracy and required standards. - Plan warehouse storage space and control warehouse costs while upholding required service levels. - Ensure warehouse processes namely goods receiving, labelling, pick & pack, stock transfer, goods return and delivery are fully complied with company policies, procedures, local Customs and trade regulations. - Establish the inbound and outbound flow in collaboration with customs brokers, brand teams and 3PLs. - Work with finance and brand team for performing stock counts and inventory control. - Support O2O logistics flow and requirements by platforms. - Prepare regular warehouse KPI reports for management review. - Identify, recommend initiatives and projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 倉庫運作與管理 - 帶領倉庫同仁執行倉管流程，並確保運送時間正確並符合所需標準 - 規劃倉儲空間及控管倉庫成本 - 確保倉庫收貨、打標、存放、轉調、退貨等皆符合公司規範、海關規定及貿易法則 - 與海關、品牌團隊等協作建立內部和外部作業流程 - 與財務及品牌合作確實做好盤點及存貨管理 - 支援線上線下物流流程與平台需求 - 製作倉庫績效報告 - 指出或建議作法或提案促使提升營運效率與效益
2. • At least 8 years solid experience in warehouse operation in which 3 years at supervisory level.• Demonstrated warehouse operation experience gained from retail or FMCG industry, preferably in apparel, cosmetics.• High proficiency and knowledge in monitoring freightage and transportation charge (overseas and local).• Familiar with Customs and related tax rules in Taiwan and Asia • E-commerce fulfilment experience is an advantage• 至少8年以上倉庫運作經驗，其中有3年以上擔任管理職• 具零售、通路產業相關倉儲運作經驗，以服裝、化妝品品項者尤佳• 對航運、交通費用(海外及本地)具高度敏感及相關知識• 熟悉台灣和亞洲海關及關稅相關規範• 具電子商務經驗者尤佳
