工作內容:
General Mission: This position is responsible for coordinating retail and operational functions of beauty brand stores in Taiwan and supporting the retail head in development of the business and strive for achieving preset goals and deliver desired result.
Key Responsibilities ■Together with the retail head to develop and monitor closely the action plan and incentive program to achieve the preset target. ■Update and prepare daily and monthly quantitative and qualitative sales report for all direct stores in Taiwan. ■Monitor the operation status of the stores and provide recommendations or solutions to improve the retail operation regularly to the retail head. ■Ensure all operational policies and procedures are thoroughly communicated to store SIC and BAs. ■Collaborate with various supporting team and vendors for managing store renovation, store relocation and new store openings. ■Support all administration work, ad hoc projects. ■Ensure all customer details and data are recorded and maintained properly under the destined company database via the company device. CRM data on each customer is kept up to date, in accordance with the policy on Collection and Protection of Company Data. ■Manage staff schedules, including day-to-day operational zoning to ensure floor coverage and optimal client service. ■Partner with the Education team, provide coaching and mentoring in client experience, sales techniques, service flows, product knowledge & expertise.
■At least 6 years or above sales & retail operation experience in cosmetics / selective retail brands / FMCG.■Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork spirit and people management skills.■Effective and strong leadership and the ability to motivate frontline colleagues.■Being able to be multi -tasking and work under pressure, clearly prioritize workloads.■Enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented, analysis ability and sensitive with figure.
