工作內容:
*EC Online ordering strategy execution and channel management: 1.Execute Burger King online ordering sales plan to meet the annual objective. 2.Conduct and organize marketing product/ EC campaigns to drive sales, and regularly review the result and learning. 3.Leverage other digital channels, such as FB, LINE Chatbot, and BYOD by improving the usability, design, content, and conversion rate with synergy and efficiency of company and brands. 4.Sales performance review and analysis and take agile action to meet sales target.
*Online ordering platform management and development: 1.Continuous improvement on UI/UX to reduce bounce and increase conversion by creating good online ordering experience. 2.Online ordering platform operation and management. 3.New technology and tools from the market application to get digital experience initiatives. 4.Co-operate with cross-functional teams/agency/developer to ensure effective communication and coordination of online ordering initiatives
*Administration: 1.Routine sales report preparation and presentation 2.Related administration, including campaign question reply, system query or troubleshooting assist to stores
1.Bachelor degree or above2.Positive attitude, adaptability, creativity 3.Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take initiative on relevant issues. 4.Team working spirit is highly essential. 5.English verbal and written skills required.
