工作內容:
【Key Indicators】 - Manage the vendor spending and reach the budget - Fulfill the operational needs with the total cost solution - Optimize the internal process and spending by working with stakeholders
【Major Responsibilities】 - Implement strategic sourcing and supplier chain management to optimize the category management. - Balance cost, risk and service levels when fulfilling the operation needs. - Foster a culture of improvement by team collaboration. - Responsible for the management of indirect procurement, including expense and capital items. - Localize, implement and execute country strategies following guidance from global category management. - Identify purchasing requirements with the total cost solution (buy better, buy less) - Review vendor spending for sourcing opportunities and facilitate competitive bidding events and supplier negotiations to achieve cost saving targets.
- University degree with at least 1 year procurement, supplier management experiences.- Good sourcing and supplier market knowledge.- Capability to manage internal stakeholders and suppliers.- Strong internal customer & business focus, result orientation.- Strong business acumen and ability to build sustainable business connectivity.- Good communication and negotiation skills.- Good written and spoken English and Chinese.- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Fast and dynamic, adapt with rapid changes of the market, business mindset, professional manner and "can-do" attitude.- A team player with communication and influencing skills.
