1.大學以上地政相關科系畢業 2.Over 3 year experience in real estate industry. 3.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 4.Strong organization skills with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently. 5.Business development, brokerage, and transaction management skills. 6.Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 7.With real estate licenses preferred.
