Customer Service Representative Taiwan, Republic of China SACHEM Taiwan Office 9A-3, No.251, Fushing 1st st., Chubei City. Hsinchu County 302 Taiwan. R.O.C.
Position Description: The Customer Account Representative provides an exceptional level of customer service to external and internal customers. The CSR is responsible for facilitating order inquiries, entering orders in our business system, coordinating shipping, tote tracking, inventory and forecasting, producing reports, and processing invoices as well as providing other services as requested by the customer, sales manager, and global customer service team.
Key Responsibilities: Support sales and customer service responsibilities in our Taiwan representative sales office. 1.Generates and maintains customer account details including specifications and contract pricing. 2.Records and processes customer orders from routine to highly complex orders. 3.Proactively maintains ongoing relationships with key customers. 4.Collaboration with global Customer Service team in Americas, Europe, China, and Japan. 5.Provides pricing, availability, and production schedule information within established guidelines. 6.Responds to customer inquiries including orders status, pricing, and availability information, and any other request from the customer. 7.Follow-up regarding missed ship dates, backorder availability, and other unknowns regarding open orders. 8.Process warehouse shipments and regularly reconciles inventories while resolving issues. 9.Works cooperatively with freight forwarders to ship products in a timely manner and to keep costs down. 10.Office administration duties such at billing, petty cash, expense reports, office management, mailing 11.Track data for statistical analysis of product sales and movements.
Required Education and Experience: 1.Bachelors degree 2.Two or more years’ experience related experience 3.Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Hiring Manager 4.Manufacturing industry experience and chemical related industries are a plus 5.Knowledge of SalesForce (or equivalent CRM) 6.Microsoft Suite and 365 software
