I am delighted to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you.

My name is Ｏ-Ｏ Ｏ, but I am also called Ｏ, and I am Ｏ years old.

I was born and raised in Ｏ, Taiwan.

I see myself as independent, optimistic and meticulous in my work. I am a graduating senior at ＯＯ University of Hospitality and Tourism, doing a major in Food Beverage Management.

While at school I had a number of service-related part-time jobs, including in hotels and restaurants. These valuable experiences allowed me to get a deep appreciation of the hard work and potential difficulties in the service industry. However, I enjoyed and loved my work, and was filled with even more enthusiasm than before to move ahead in this field. I have learned that giving the best service is to detect a customer’s needs before they even think of them or request assistance. Furthermore, establishing a sense of trust with customers is based on carefully listening to their needs. I always get a sense of achievement from seeing customers’ smiles of satisfaction after giving them good service.

During my senior year at college, I had the rare opportunity to go abroad as an intern at a five-star hotel in Ｏ for six months. For the first time I had contact with a different culture and learned how to respect the differences between people. Experiencing a different society and living away from my family taught me independence. Additionally, I also improved my communication skills a lot; this was a very special experience in my life.
