工作內容:
•Oversee and optimize the performance of our retail systems, ensuring seamless operations. •Assist and resolve network issues •Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications •Align IT strategies with the overall business objectives •As a team leader to comprising one programmer and one IT support specialist •Implement and manage IT general control processes to fulfil audit requirements •Maintain and update documentation for IT processes and procedures. •Work closely with the regional office to ensure consistent IT operations and project rollout support •Manage vendor relationships for procurement of IT equipment, monitor and review helpdesk support service •Manage and coordinate IT projects from conception to completion.
• Bachelor Degree or above education with 3 years or above relevant experience preferably in IT field and preferably with supervisory experiences• Knowledge in Microsoft O365 services• Familiarity with LAN/WAN/VPN architecture and switching.• Good analytical skill with objective thinking and strong willingness to initiate and drive changes across all levels• Strong customer service and detailed mind, assertive and result-oriented; able to follow through tasks until completion independently• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English
